BP Moto Ranch - where the fast guys ride!

The fourth stop on the tour brings us to BP Moto Ranch. This track is home to the FXR training facility and the Ryan Dungey Foundation. These two things aren’t what make it the track it is, the real winners here are the dirt and the riders who show up. Once a private invite only track has slowly opened up to the public, allowing more riders to come into this paradise. I was introduced to the track and told "this is where the fast guys go" and "if you want to be a faster rider, go to BP". The reason behind this is that the dirt gets tilled and dug deep, it's made up of some clay and dirt that packs in perfectly to make some of the deepest and gnarliest ruts we see in Minnesota. Pair that with unlimited open riding and you earn your spot on the best tracks in Minnesota. Because its open practice, lots of the local pros will come to train here doing their 30 minute motos and so will the riders training for Loretta Lynn’s. the unlimited ride time allows everyone to ride as long as they’d like and as many times as they’d like, this is personally one of my favorite things about BP!
